The 1972 SF was formed after the founder successfully raised and operated her first portfolio that consisted of over 10 acquisitions.  The 1972 SF is focused in finding, buying, growing, and retaining companies headquartered in Southern and Southeastern states.  The 1972 SF targets companies with consistent cash flow and upside market opportunity, thus looking for companies with steady growth with revenues from $8 - $30M.

In the short term, The 1972 SF plans to establish a group of qualified investors who believe in the model. In the medium term, The 1972 SF plans to continue to source, diligence and set forth potential prospects for acquisition. In the longterm, The 1972 SF will establish a serial acquisition infrastructure to offer as a risk protected and high-yield alternative investment structure .
